* All Purchase Orders must reference KCDA Contract No. 25-130.
* KCDA PO should be made out to the Authorized Dealer.

Invoicing & Payment
* Invoice Pricing: Orders will be invoiced at standard dealer discount.
* Payment Terms: Net 30 days

Shipping, Delivery and Installation
* All Purchase Orders must reference KCDA Contract No. 25-130.
* KCDA PO should be made out to the Authorized Dealer.
* Freight is included under KCDA contract rules.
* Coordinate delivery window with the Authorized Dealer and carrier; note
any access restrictions or special handling requirements.
* Installation fees, if required, are extra and negotiated directly with the
dealer.

Warranty and Lead Times
* Warranty: Marco standard warranty shall apply.
* Standard Lead Times: Lead times vary by product and order size. Confirm
lead time at order placement; allow additional time for custom or large
orders.
